If you haven't come across the social-media star Dalgona coffee, you must have been living under a rock. Famously whisked 400 times in order to create a frothy texture, this coffee can be made at home by hand, but it's much easier to pop down to Lady M for its version, and pick up a slice of the Mille Crêpes while you're there, too – there's the newly launched Osmanthus version, or other flavours such as Earl Grey, Rose and Matcha.
If the idea of a juice cleanse makes you groan, there is a way to get all those fruit and vegetable nutrients without actually drinking bottles and bottles of green elixir. Sugarfina's Juice Bears gummies are a chewy and delicious way to get those nutrients in a snackier form, inspired by Pressed Juicery's products in flavours such as Green Juice or Roots Juice and with 30 percent less sugar than the original gummies, and fortified with vitamins.
For those of you who got quite adept at making those at-home smoothies, don't forget to add some powdered power-ups – Lane Crawford has mixes that will boost immunity, improve gut health and even give you skin a super glow, courtesy of brands such as The Beauty Chef, WelleCo and Dr. Nigma.
Taiwanese import KiKi Tea also has a number of delicious options for those craving a taste of authentic bubble tea but can't make a trip to Taipei: for hot days, the Brown Sugar Milk with Pearls is as filling as a dessert and will fulfil those sweet cravings. Or try out the Pineapple Green Teapresso, which can be enjoyed either hot or cold.
If you have a Nespresso machine in the office or at home, it's probably been put to serious work in the last few months – give it, and yourself, a fresh start with the new Barista Creations capsules, which come in three flavours: Vanilla Eclair, Caramel Creme Brulee and Cocoa Truffle. Each comes with a new recipe for a tasty coffee-based drink – our favourite is the easy and healthy Golden Turmeric Latte, which is made using the Caramel Creme Brulee capsule, 120ml of soy milk and a teaspoon of turmeric powder.
