Its wine cellar is arguably the most superb of any privately owned restaurant group in the city, stocked by top-class sommeliers with the best wines from around the world including vintage premier crux Bordeaux including Petrus, premium Champagnes and Sauternes, and a special collection of vintages all rated 100 points by Robert Parker.
