The building's standard hours of air-conditioning supply are:

8am - 7pm Mon - Fri
8am - 1pm Sat

Air-conditioning hours can be extended to 9pm at no additional cost on weekdays per special request.

These services include routine public area cleaning, common area carpet shampooing, and designated cleaning attendants to service tenant toilets and pantry area.

A special cleaning team is also responsible for year-round cleaning of the building's glass curtain wall to ensure clear views of Hong Kong and Victoria Harbour. Tenants can also enjoy optional office cleaning, carpet shampooing and other cleaning services according to their business needs.
