International Finance Centre stages "Inaugural 'HOT Spring' Fashion Show and Exhibition"16 Mar 2004
The ifc mall will become a fashion hothouse featuring a select range of renowned international
brands which will each provide the audience with a look at their latest creations for spring and summer
at the ifc "HOT Spring" 2004 Fashion Show.
Throughout the show there will be a yoga/modern dance
performance, while local catwalk stars including Kathy Chow, Galie, Sofie Lee, Ana. R will introduce
this season's hottest looks to an audience of local stars and celebrities when the ifc mall stages its
first fashion show. Among the featured brands:
- Anteprima offers a very feminine range epitomized
by light, delicate colours.
- BOSS Hugo Boss' menswear is characterized by crisp, lightweight, casual
clothing designed for modern bohemians. It is complemented by sharp and crisply tailored suits for women.
- Ermenegildo Zegna's range reflects a desire for perfection.
- ESCADA's range features prints, layering
and leather.
- Joan & David delivers a refreshing, smart look as a characteristic to its spring
collection
- VALENTINO uses a mix of sea elements in its women apparel and, for its men's range, revisits
the timeless style of the great stars of seduction
- VIVIENNE TAM incorporates traditional Chinese
watercolour into its collection
Following the show there will be two one-week static exhibitions
on the catwalk bridge in the ifc mall Atrium: "HOT Looks For Him" and "HOT Looks For Her" finishing on
March 29th.
The ifc mall brings an exciting new shopping and dining experience to Hong Kong. In
addition to a diverse mix of branded retailers, recreational and leisure facilities the ifc complex includes
Central's first five-screen cinema, 140,000 sq ft of landscaped garden and indoor and outdoor dining
with stunning views of Victoria Harbour. The ifc mall is part of the 4.7 million square ft ifc complex,
which includes two office towers (One ifc, and Two ifc), and soon, Hong Kong's first six star hotel (Four
Seasons Hotel) and serviced apartments (Four Seasons Place).
